Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 2026
Pavers Chatsworth wants every visitor to be able to read this site, find the right page, and send a request, whatever device or assistive technology they use. The goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
How the site is tested
An automated accessibility scan (axe) runs on every page at a phone width and at a desktop width before a change goes live. It checks things like color contrast, form labels, image descriptions, and page structure. A hands-on review with a keyboard and a screen reader is planned, but it has not been done yet, so there may be problems a scan cannot find.
What is in place
- Every image carries a text description, and design renderings are labeled as renderings.
- The menu, the questions, and the forms work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Pages follow a reduced motion setting on your device.
- No accessibility overlay or widget is used. Problems are fixed in the pages themselves.
Tell us if something does not work
Say which page you were on and what went wrong. The quickest way is the contact form with the accessibility topic chosen. If you cannot use the form, call (818) 306-9954 and say it is about the website.
You will get a reply within 2 business days, and a confirmed problem will be fixed within 45 days. If a fix takes longer, you will be told why, and the information you need will be offered another way in the meantime.
Pages we do not control
This site links to outside sources, such as City of Los Angeles code pages and industry documents. Problems on those sites are outside our reach, but we can help you find the same information another way.
Changes to this statement
